Projects, weekly planning, and recovery when life interrupts. Restartable Productivity System follows one practical loop: Capture → Choose → Execute → Reset.

I want the simplest useful version. Open Starter Mode and work only from Inbox, Today, Active Projects, and Working Notes.

🧭
I want guided setup. Follow the Seven-Day Activation, one small real-world action per day.

I am returning after time away. Open Recovery Mode and make a decision about accumulated work before planning forward.

Fifteen-minute first run
- Open Quick Capture and add three real items without organizing them.
- Open Process Inbox. For each item, choose: do, schedule, delegate or wait, someday, archive, task, note, or resource.
- Open My Day and select no more than three Top Outcomes.
- Open My Week and Capacity. Set Available Capacity, relate planned tasks to the week, and respond if Capacity Status becomes Overcommitted.
- Give every active project one explicit Next Action. Use Project Command Centers to review connected tasks, notes, and resources.
- Schedule your first Weekly Reset.
Daily loop
- Capture: collect before organizing.
- Choose: process what matters and select today's outcomes.
- Execute: work from My Day, not from every open record.
- Close: record completions, clear loose ends, and leave one obvious starting point for tomorrow.
Weekly loop
- Empty the Capture Inbox.
- Decide every overdue or waiting task: keep, reschedule, delegate or wait, someday, archive, or complete.
- Give every active project a next action.
- Review goals, habits, notes, resources, and the next two calendar weeks.
