🧭
A Project should explain itself from one page. Outcome, health, next action, active Tasks, waiting work, Notes, Resources, and decisions all remain linked to the authoritative Project record.

Command-center contract
Every active Project should expose:
- The intended outcome, status, Area or Goal, and Health.
- Exactly one clearly identified Next Action.
- Open Tasks and Waiting Tasks.
- Related Notes, Decisions, and Resources.
- Completed work below the active workspace.
Create safely
- Create the Project in the existing Projects database.
- Add its intended outcome and status.
- Create Tasks in the authoritative Tasks database and relate them to the Project.
- Select one unfinished Task as Next Action.
- Relate Notes and Resources only when they help execution or preserve a decision.
