Fast setup

• [ ] Minute 0–3: Open Starter Mode and add three real items through Quick Capture.
• [ ] Minute 3–6: Open Process Inbox. Decide what each capture becomes and mark it Processed.
• [ ] Minute 6–9: Open My Day and choose no more than three Top Outcomes.
• [ ] Minute 9–12: Open My Week and Capacity, set Available Capacity, and relate tasks to the week.
• [ ] Minute 12–15: Give every active project one explicit Next Action and schedule the first Weekly Reset.

The operating loop

1. Capture

Capture before organizing. Quick Capture accepts tasks, notes, ideas, resources, someday items, people, and follow-ups. A capture is allowed to be incomplete; Process Inbox is where meaning and relationships are added.

2. Choose

Use Process Inbox to make one decision per capture. Use My Day for today's work and My Week for the planning horizon. A selected task remains in the authoritative Tasks database; the views never create a second task store.

3. Execute

Work from the smallest useful surface. Starter Mode exposes Inbox, Today, Active Projects, and Working Notes. My Day adds scheduling, energy, outcomes, and waiting work. Project Command Centers show connected tasks, notes, and resources.

4. Reset

Run Weekly Reset during ordinary weeks. Run Recovery Mode after a gap or when accumulated work makes normal planning unclear. Use System Health Check to clear decision queues.

Daily method

1. Capture without organizing.
2. Process urgent or stale inbox items.
