Knowledge rules

A Note should preserve one useful idea, decision, meeting, or evergreen explanation.
A Resource should preserve an external source, its author, and one atomic takeaway.
An Area defines an ongoing standard to maintain, not a finish line.
Link knowledge to a current Project, Goal, or Area only when that relationship improves retrieval.
Use Review Date to resurface material intentionally; archive stale material instead of decorating it.
